We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Holiday HVAC Giveaway, where we will be gifting a free HVAC system plus professional installation to a deserving person, family, or organization in need within our community.
Whether it’s a hardworking family struggling to make ends meet, an organization supporting local residents, or an individual facing challenges, we want to bring warmth and comfort where it’s most needed.
We encourage you to nominate someone who could benefit from a new HVAC system … someone who goes above and beyond for others, someone facing unexpected hardships, or perhaps someone who simply deserves a little extra comfort this holiday season.
How To Nominate
To nominate someone special who you believe is deserving of this gift, please complete the form below. All nominations must be submitted by the close of business on Monday, December 1, 2025. We will announce our selection on both our Facebook page and this site.
When filling out the form, please take a moment to share the story of your nominee. Let us know why they deserve this gift and how it would positively impact their life.
We also encourage you to share our Facebook post to help spread the word, so we can reach as many people as possible who may be in need.

Holiday HVAC Giveaway Official Rules and Guidelines
We are excited to give back this holiday season by providing a complete HVAC system replacement to a deserving person, family, or organization. Please review the guidelines below to see if you or someone you know qualifies for this opportunity:
1. Eligibility Criteria
- The recipient must have an existing HVAC system with ductwork in the home (mini-split systems do not qualify). The current system must be 10 years or older and out of warranty. New construction or homes without ductwork are not eligible.
- The recipient should be someone in need (no income verification required) or a non-profit organization.
- The home must be located within a 55-mile radius of Greers Ferry.
- Homeowners only are eligible; rental properties do not qualify.
2. Nomination Process
Nominations can be self-submitted or made on behalf of someone else. When submitting, please provide a brief explanation of why the individual or organization deserves the system, as well as the address of the home.
To protect privacy, nominations are to be submitted privately through our designated online form.
3. Selection and Announcement
Our team will select the recipient on November 15th. All entries must be submitted by close of business on November 13th.
The chosen recipient will be announced on our Facebook page and on this blog post following the selection.
4. Compliance & Terms
