The install/tech guys are troopers. There was a communication snafu at the beginning. But, they got it cleared up and came back and finished strong. Materials prices have doubled (thanks to tariffs), but I feel like we got a good price for our needs. I would recommend Greers Ferry Heat and Air for your needs. They stand behind their work. And the work is quality.

Amazing!! Here’s my story, I’ll TRY to keep this short. I have dealt with more than 10 different companies (carpenters, drywall, flooring, roofing, fence, landscape, heat & air, etc.) in the past 7 years after moving to Arkansas, even big named companies, and Greers Ferry Heat & Air by far is the most professional, prompt, communicative, and thorough out of all of them. PLUS they cleanup when finished! With my heat & air system, it took Caelan of Greers Ferry Heat & Air less than one hour to track down the hidden issue and fix what kept shorting out my system. I had a company from Searcy come out twice within 8 months with a total of about 10 hours split into 4 days, leaving at 11:30PM one night, and $1500 later to tell me lightening was causing my short. It made sense, but didn’t make sense. Why was lightening only affecting my unit and not my neighbors? Three weeks after their last visit the system shorted out again, and it was on a Sunday! I called them in the morning to come back out, left a message, and about an hour later they returned my call. The company said they would be out that afternoon or evening, possibly Monday morning if that was ok with me. I asked if they could come out as soon as possible. Becoming frustrated I began calling other companies. I called Greers Ferry Heat & Air, left a message, and within a few minutes they returned my call and said they would be at my house in an hour and a half. Almost exactly one and a half hours later they arrived. Caelan’s thoroughness found the wire in my outside unit that was shorting out on a copper pipe. I wish I would’ve called Greers Ferry Heat & Air to begin with, would’ve saved me a lot of money. With all that being said, I 100% recommend Greers Ferry Heat & Air to do the job!!
