Shannon did excellent job explaining how to use our new minisplit system. Took the time to read thru the paperwork with me. He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Want to give their service tech Caelan Reis for being very knowledgeable with the new and more complex HVAC systems and overall say that this is a very good firm and conscientious group of people to do business with.
