Called for service, placed on the schedule same day and technician was here on time. Arrived at 3:08 Diagnosed problem and had it fixed by 3:20; perfect service call. Best service I’ve had the pleasure of getting from A/C repairs. Trent was polite efficient and thorough.

I received quotes from 5 different companies for a new HVAC unit. This company was the cheapest quote by 3,000 dollars! Not only that but they had 0% financing. After the paperwork was done they scheduled a date a few days later and installed my new equipment, and removed my old equipment. Our air conditioner went out on Labor Day. With no hope of finding a repairman on a holiday, I called Greers Ferry Heat and Air after seeing they were open on their website! I figured the charge to come to our home would be phenomenal, but the lady who answered the phone said it is just another day to them. A repairman (Chris) was at our house within an hour, and the a/c was fixed within 30 minutes. Incredible service!! Thank you.
