The guys were personable and assured me that the new part would be installed. A much improved professional approach with the schedule, name of person coming and letting me know they had finished.

We recently worked with the team at Greers Ferry Heat & Air to replace our old unit with a new energy efficient unit. They did not disappoint. Removal of our old units (we had a split unit), Installation of the new Daikin unit and it’s awesome. Very quiet, cools so much better than old unit. Well worth the investment. Very pleased with the service. Andy left no stone unturned until he found and fixed the problem that 3 other companies had overlooked. All they would say, is sorry for your luck but it’s heat pump. Andy saved the day and kept me from freezing 🥶 Would highly recommend.
