I have been with Greers Ferry Heat and Air ever since I moved to Arkansas in 2016.They are Great and their service is impeccable. Any time I have needed them, they are always there. Their service is fast and their technicians are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services which they offer, you wont be disappointed !!!

The guys are very knowledgeable, personable, and explained what they were doing. They ran various diagnostics and did have to add some freon. Although they did not detect a leak with the leak detector, they’re going to get some dye and put into the system which hopefully will detect a leak so that it can be taken care of.

We recently worked with the team at Greers Ferry Heat & Air to replace our old unit with a new energy efficient unit. They did not disappoint. Removal of our old units (we had a split unit), Installation of the new Daikin unit and it’s awesome. Very quiet, cools so much better than old unit. Well worth the investment. Technician was on schedule. Customer service was very good! I recommend this company for any service you may need. Mine was a thermostat call that I thought needed replaced but was not the case. The technician fixed the issue promptly even in the rain and standing water. Thank you guy’s.
