The response call was timely, set up a time to come out and check the A/C not cooling. He was very considerate of my time. We agreed on a time for the next morning (Sunday). The technician sent me a text that “he was on his way”. Diagnosed the problem, repaired and explained the problem and showed me the damaged part. I will definitely use this company again. Great service and prices! I was told my 83 year old mom needed a whole new system by the competition. $7000. But Greers Ferry heat and air fixed for $1000. Big difference. And the service was great!

We had an issue with our hvac unit. I called at exactly 8 am on Friday when they opened. A nice lady answered, I explained my problem, she said they would have somebody out before lunch. In less than an hour there was a truck in my driveway. Technician was friendly and got right to work. He figured out it was a bad circuit breaker. We were fixed by 10 am. You can’t ask for better service than that!

Fast friendly service. Repaired everything quickly and did not try to sell me things I did not need. He actually pointed out that I did not need one thing I was asking for.

Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.
