Great service and prices! I was told my 83 year old mom needed a whole new system by the competition. $7000. But Greers Ferry heat and air fixed for $1000. Big difference. And the service was great!
Came fast, diagnosis thoroughy, taught in depth how to use, had part needed with them. 2nd time i used them both times service fixed problem. The guys were personable and assured me that the new part would be installed. A much improved professional approach with the schedule, name of person coming and letting me know they had finished.
The response call was timely, set up a time to come out and check the A/C not cooling. He was very considerate of my time. We agreed on a time for the next morning (Sunday). The technician sent me a text that “he was on his way”. Diagnosed the problem, repaired and explained the problem and showed me the damaged part. I will definitely use this company again. Very impressed.
