I cannot convey my level of satisfaction here in just a few words. From the first phone call all the way to install was a level of customer service you just don’t see any more. I may have paid more for my mini-split than I wanted to but now it was worth it. The installers were respectful of both me and my home.
We recently worked with the team at Greers Ferry Heat & Air to replace our old unit with a new energy efficient unit. They did not disappoint. Removal of our old units (we had a split unit), Installation of the new Daikin unit and it’s awesome. Very quiet, cools so much better than old unit. Well worth the investment. Great service and prices! I was told my 83 year old mom needed a whole new system by the competition. $7000. But Greers Ferry heat and air fixed for $1000. Big difference. And the service was great!
