I had a Daikin fit system installed by Greers Ferry Hear and Air. The new owner Rance came out promptly and gave me 2 options. He scheduled the job for 3 days later. The install team was polite and professional. The job was completed in less than a day. The team removed all of the old equipement and cleaned up the work areas.

The install/tech guys are troopers. There was a communication snafu at the beginning. But, they got it cleared up and came back and finished strong. Materials prices have doubled (thanks to tariffs), but I feel like we got a good price for our needs. I would recommend Greers Ferry Heat and Air for your needs. They stand behind their work. And the work is quality.

Shannon did excellent job explaining how to use our new minisplit system. Took the time to read thru the paperwork with me. He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Loved we were texted when they were on their way. Have used the company several times before on our other unit and have always been very pleased with the great service we received. Thank you.
Called for service, placed on the schedule same day and technician was here on time. Arrived at 3:08 Diagnosed problem and had it fixed by 3:20; perfect service call. Best service I’ve had the pleasure of getting from A/C repairs. Trent was polite efficient and thorough.
