Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.

John MannOur air conditioner went out on Labor Day. With no hope of finding a repairman on a holiday, I called Greers Ferry Heat and Air after seeing they were open on their website! I figured the charge to come to our home would be phenomenal, but the lady who answered the phone said it is just another day to them. A repairman (Chris) was at our house within an hour, and the a/c was fixed within 30 minutes. Incredible service!! Thank you.
