Greers Ferry Heat and Air will show up on the exact time they say they will. I’m impressed with their work. A few years ago, they could’ve overcharged me as some companies would, when I only had a few extra ounces of Freon in my big house unit, which was preventing my house to cool, and they didn’t charge me a dime to let out a couple of ounces of Freon. I was sold at that point. Two years ago they installed the new Samsung units for my watercraft bay and they’ve been doing excellent work for me since.
These people are the best! Zach, and his team, are honest, hard-working, reasonably priced and they know what they’re talking about! Seriously, if I could give them more stars I would! I have never felt our air conditioning blow so cold and hard! What a lifesaver they are!!!

I have been dealing with a problem for 5 weeks trying to get the HVAC to come out. I called Greers Ferry Heating and air and Ashley told me that they would be out in 2 hours. They actually were out within an hour. They found the reason why my two furnaces were not functioning the way they should and corrected the issue. They were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
The guys were personable and assured me that the new part would be installed. A much improved professional approach with the schedule, name of person coming and letting me know they had finished.
The tech quickly identified the problem and explained what was needed to make the repair which was completed and the ac unit is now working as it should. Thank you for your prompt attention

They were very knowledgeable could answer all my questions and I know things about HVAC systems my father used to do that so I appreciate them explaining some things that were different. They were friendly and they addressed all my concerns and that is for three different units two different households Got me up and running. Everything is nice and cold now.🙌🏻 they’ve done excellent quality service every time I’ve used them. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
