My ac stopped cooling Friday after normal business hours. I called and left my information with the answering service. A technician called me back much sooner than I expected. He had two more service calls ahead of me but kept me informed as to his time of arrival. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. Within just a few hours of my initial call he had replaced the capacitor and my ac was cooling again! Highly recommend!
Greers Ferry Heat and Air is by far an outstanding business with the greatest guys working for them. We made lifelong friends and have an excellent heat and air system. The thermostat can be set for the temp you want, hot or cold, it will maintain that temp, the unit is so quiet, you cannot even hear it run. They are professional and very personable! Your technicians were all very competent and arrived on time. They kept me informed of what they found and how long repairs would take and they answered my questions. I have been dealing with a problem for 5 weeks trying to get the HVAC to come out. I called Greers Ferry Heating and air and Ashley told me that they would be out in 2 hours. They actually were out within an hour. They found the reason why my two furnaces were not functioning the way they should and corrected the issue. They were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
