Very professional instalation crew and inspector crew, explained everything professionally and the Daikin unit is so quiet, you can hardly tell it is running. Greers Ferry Heat and Air was quick and reliable on instalation, and response. Happy I went with them and would recommend them highly.

My ac stopped cooling Friday after normal business hours. I called and left my information with the answering service. A technician called me back much sooner than I expected. He had two more service calls ahead of me but kept me informed as to his time of arrival. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. Within just a few hours of my initial call he had replaced the capacitor and my ac was cooling again! Highly recommend!

They were very knowledgeable could answer all my questions and I know things about HVAC systems my father used to do that so I appreciate them explaining some things that were different. They were friendly and they addressed all my concerns and that is for three different units two different households Got me up and running. Everything is nice and cold now.🙌🏻 they’ve done excellent quality service every time I’ve used them. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Shannon did excellent job explaining how to use our new minisplit system. Took the time to read thru the paperwork with me. He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Loved we were texted when they were on their way. Have used the company several times before on our other unit and have always been very pleased with the great service we received. Thank you.
