The response call was timely, set up a time to come out and check the A/C not cooling. He was very considerate of my time. We agreed on a time for the next morning (Sunday). The technician sent me a text that “he was on his way”. Diagnosed the problem, repaired and explained the problem and showed me the damaged part. I will definitely use this company again. Very impressed.
