We had problems with one of our furnaces during a severe cold spell. Trent came to our help rapidly and quickly noted that the furnace was not working and found a blown fuse but then traced that to a broken switch. He replaced both and we were warm in no time. Great work as usual.

Shannon did excellent job explaining how to use our new minisplit system. Took the time to read thru the paperwork with me. He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Very professional instalation crew and inspector crew, explained everything professionally and the Daikin unit is so quiet, you can hardly tell it is running. Greers Ferry Heat and Air was quick and reliable on instalation, and response. Happy I went with them and would recommend them highly.
