Greers Ferry Heat and Air is by far an outstanding business with the greatest guys working for them. We made lifelong friends and have an excellent heat and air system. The thermostat can be set for the temp you want, hot or cold, it will maintain that temp, the unit is so quiet, you cannot even hear it run. They are professional and very personable! Great service and prices! I was told my 83 year old mom needed a whole new system by the competition. $7000. But Greers Ferry heat and air fixed for $1000. Big difference. And the service was great!
I have been dealing with a problem for 5 weeks trying to get the HVAC to come out. I called Greers Ferry Heating and air and Ashley told me that they would be out in 2 hours. They actually were out within an hour. They found the reason why my two furnaces were not functioning the way they should and corrected the issue. They were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Greers Ferry Heat and Air recently completed an install at my house in Shirley. It was complicated, consisting of install of a new system and rerouting & addition to duct work on the supply and return side. The folks at this company not only completed this retrofit install but also returned to make sure that the system was performing as designed (and made more duct changes, to boot). I give a real “shout out” to the crew at this company for providing the type of service and customer care that we would all want and know is hard to find! Thank you all!

Greers Ferry Heat and Air will show up on the exact time they say they will. I’m impressed with their work. A few years ago, they could’ve overcharged me as some companies would, when I only had a few extra ounces of Freon in my big house unit, which was preventing my house to cool, and they didn’t charge me a dime to let out a couple of ounces of Freon. I was sold at that point. Two years ago they installed the new Samsung units for my watercraft bay and they’ve been doing excellent work for me since.
Great service all around…from the initial phone call to the technicians going the extra mile offering a temporary thermostat while wait for the WiFi thermostat to arrive.
