Guys came to the house and thoroughly looked over the system. They realized the issue. Gave me a price and fixed the problem.

Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.

Greers Ferry Heat and Air will show up on the exact time they say they will. I’m impressed with their work. A few years ago, they could’ve overcharged me as some companies would, when I only had a few extra ounces of Freon in my big house unit, which was preventing my house to cool, and they didn’t charge me a dime to let out a couple of ounces of Freon. I was sold at that point. Two years ago they installed the new Samsung units for my watercraft bay and they’ve been doing excellent work for me since.

They literally were amazing Anthony was incredibly nice and polite and they got us up and running again!!! They will be our go to from now on! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

We had problems with one of our furnaces during a severe cold spell. Trent came to our help rapidly and quickly noted that the furnace was not working and found a blown fuse but then traced that to a broken switch. He replaced both and we were warm in no time. Great work as usual.

I was convinced our old air conditioner was beyond repair. I called these good folks and them what I thought was going on. They could have sold me a new unit and I would have been none the wiser, but he looked at our old unit and fixed it, saving us $1000’s. Thank you!

I cannot convey my level of satisfaction here in just a few words. From the first phone call all the way to install was a level of customer service you just don’t see any more. I may have paid more for my mini-split than I wanted to but now it was worth it. The installers were respectful of both me and my home.
