My ac stopped cooling Friday after normal business hours. I called and left my information with the answering service. A technician called me back much sooner than I expected. He had two more service calls ahead of me but kept me informed as to his time of arrival. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. Within just a few hours of my initial call he had replaced the capacitor and my ac was cooling again! Highly recommend!

The thermostat can be set for the temp you want, hot or cold, it will maintain that temp, the unit is so quiet, you cannot even hear it run. They are professional and very personable! The install/tech guys are troopers. There was a communication snafu at the beginning. But, they got it cleared up and came back and finished strong. Materials prices have doubled (thanks to tariffs), but I feel like we got a good price for our needs. I would recommend Greers Ferry Heat and Air for your needs. They stand behind their work. And the work is quality.
