We’re new to GF and 1st time calling this Co. because we were having heat problems in very cold weather conditions. They were great! Came the same day. Fixed the problem and was so nice & professional about everything. We will use them for sure if we have other problems!

Our air conditioner went out on Labor Day. With no hope of finding a repairman on a holiday, I called Greers Ferry Heat and Air after seeing they were open on their website! I figured the charge to come to our home would be phenomenal, but the lady who answered the phone said it is just another day to them. A repairman (Chris) was at our house within an hour, and the a/c was fixed within 30 minutes. Incredible service!! Thank you.

Very pleased with the service. Andy left no stone unturned until he found and fixed the problem that 3 other companies had overlooked. All they would say, is sorry for your luck but it’s heat pump. Andy saved the day and kept me from freezing 🥶 Would highly recommend.

The techs provided good news, yet could not explain why em heat was on when the thermostat was set to cool. It was all fine when they were here. Courteous, respectful.
