Very pleased with the service. Andy left no stone unturned until he found and fixed the problem that 3 other companies had overlooked. All they would say, is sorry for your luck but it’s heat pump. Andy saved the day and kept me from freezing 🥶 Would highly recommend.

We recently worked with the team at Greers Ferry Heat & Air to replace our old unit with a new energy efficient unit. They did not disappoint. Removal of our old units (we had a split unit), Installation of the new Daikin unit and it’s awesome. Very quiet, cools so much better than old unit. Well worth the investment. I was convinced our old air conditioner was beyond repair. I called these good folks and them what I thought was going on. They could have sold me a new unit and I would have been none the wiser, but he looked at our old unit and fixed it, saving us $1000’s. Thank you!
Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.
Heat wasn’t coming on… condensation pipe blocked. They fixed it Pronto!

Greers Ferry Heat and Air is by far an outstanding business with the greatest guys working for them. We made lifelong friends and have an excellent heat and air system. The thermostat can be set for the temp you want, hot or cold, it will maintain that temp, the unit is so quiet, you cannot even hear it run. They are professional and very personable!
