I called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon. It took minutes for them to diagnose and fix the problem. They’ve always responded quickly and performed quality work anytime that we have called them.
The guys were personable and assured me that the new part would be installed. A much improved professional approach with the schedule, name of person coming and letting me know they had finished.
Very professional instalation crew and inspector crew, explained everything professionally and the Daikin unit is so quiet, you can hardly tell it is running. Greers Ferry Heat and Air was quick and reliable on instalation, and response. Happy I went with them and would recommend them highly.
