The install/tech guys are troopers. There was a communication snafu at the beginning. But, they got it cleared up and came back and finished strong. Materials prices have doubled (thanks to tariffs), but I feel like we got a good price for our needs. I would recommend Greers Ferry Heat and Air for your needs. They stand behind their work. And the work is quality.

Hopefully everything will hold in the long run. I realize the units are getting older and leaks happen. But we’re cooling and heating again and I thank you for the quick response to our needs.

He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Loved we were texted when they were on their way. Have used the company several times before on our other unit and have always been very pleased with the great service we received. Thank you.
