Shannon did excellent job explaining how to use our new minisplit system. Took the time to read thru the paperwork with me. He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Greers Ferry Heat and Air is by far an outstanding business with the greatest guys working for them. We made lifelong friends and have an excellent heat and air system. The thermostat can be set for the temp you want, hot or cold, it will maintain that temp, the unit is so quiet, you cannot even hear it run. They are professional and very personable! I received quotes from 5 different companies for a new HVAC unit. This company was the cheapest quote by 3,000 dollars! Not only that but they had 0% financing. After the paperwork was done they scheduled a date a few days later and installed my new equipment, and removed my old equipment. They were quick and professional, probably the best experience I’ve had with home repairs in a long time! Definitely would recommend their services to any of my friends or family.
