Just in time service as always. I am a life long customer and friend. Anyone looking for HVAC help would be greatly advised to come here first whether building new or honest advice and service for an old unit. This Team simply gets it done based on customer desires. I would call it Custom HVAC. Never knew at first just how lucky I was when I found them.
The guys are very knowledgeable, personable, and explained what they were doing. They ran various diagnostics and did have to add some freon. Although they did not detect a leak with the leak detector, they’re going to get some dye and put into the system which hopefully will detect a leak so that it can be taken care of.
We had problems with one of our furnaces during a severe cold spell. Trent came to our help rapidly and quickly noted that the furnace was not working and found a blown fuse but then traced that to a broken switch. He replaced both and we were warm in no time. Great work as usual.
These folks are AWESOME!!! Friendly and fast service. The guys showed up got our A/C up and going. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them again when the time comes. 🥇🥇

Our air conditioner went out on Labor Day. With no hope of finding a repairman on a holiday, I called Greers Ferry Heat and Air after seeing they were open on their website! I figured the charge to come to our home would be phenomenal, but the lady who answered the phone said it is just another day to them. A repairman (Chris) was at our house within an hour, and the a/c was fixed within 30 minutes. Incredible service!! Thank you.
The owner really wants to help people get what they need. And we needed to cool down a large shop with cats. He made it happen and we are so grateful. The units they installed are running well and everyone is more comfortable.
