After not receiving a return call from my regular guy, I stopped by Greers Ferry Heat and Air on Friday and spoke to Rance. After explaining my situation, Rance went beyond the call and made sure that we didn’t have to endure the extreme heat over the weekend. I have been dealing with a problem for 5 weeks trying to get the HVAC to come out. I called Greers Ferry Heating and air and Ashley told me that they would be out in 2 hours. They actually were out within an hour. They found the reason why my two furnaces were not functioning the way they should and corrected the issue. They were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Trent was here on a Sunday afternoon (of course we had company) within two hours. Bypassed the problem and ordered the part, which was still under warranty. Highly recommend!
