Greers Ferry Heat and Air will show up on the exact time they say they will. I’m impressed with their work. A few years ago, they could’ve overcharged me as some companies would, when I only had a few extra ounces of Freon in my big house unit, which was preventing my house to cool, and they didn’t charge me a dime to let out a couple of ounces of Freon. I was sold at that point. Two years ago they installed the new Samsung units for my watercraft bay and they’ve been doing excellent work for me since.

Shannon did excellent job explaining how to use our new minisplit system. Took the time to read thru the paperwork with me. He, Tyler, and the new guy(sorry forgot his name) did a fast install and cleaned up without any hiccups. Unit was put in in less than a week from ordering it. Loved we were texted when they were on their way. Have used the company several times before on our other unit and have always been very pleased with the great service we received. Thank you.
The response was great considering we are in the middle of a sweltering summer!! Anthony was so professional yet personable. He explained everything he found and what he repaired. I have used Greers Ferry Heat & Air before and will continue to call on them for my heating and air needs!
I cannot convey my level of satisfaction here in just a few words. From the first phone call all the way to install was a level of customer service you just don’t see any more. I may have paid more for my mini-split than I wanted to but now it was worth it. The installers were respectful of both me and my home.

Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.
