The install/tech guys are troopers. There was a communication snafu at the beginning. But, they got it cleared up and came back and finished strong. Materials prices have doubled (thanks to tariffs), but I feel like we got a good price for our needs. I would recommend Greers Ferry Heat and Air for your needs. They stand behind their work. The guys are very knowledgeable, personable, and explained what they were doing. They ran various diagnostics and did have to add some freon. Although they did not detect a leak with the leak detector, they’re going to get some dye and put into the system which hopefully will detect a leak so that it can be taken care of.

Technician was on schedule. Customer service was very good! I recommend this company for any service you may need. Mine was a thermostat call that I thought needed replaced but was not the case. The technician fixed the issue promptly even in the rain and standing water. Thank you guy’s.

I have been dealing with a problem for 5 weeks trying to get the HVAC to come out. I called Greers Ferry Heating and air and Ashley told me that they would be out in 2 hours. They actually were out within an hour. They found the reason why my two furnaces were not functioning the way they should and corrected the issue. They were very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an issue with our hvac unit. I called at exactly 8 am on Friday when they opened. A nice lady answered, I explained my problem, she said they would have somebody out before lunch. In less than an hour there was a truck in my driveway. Technician was friendly and got right to work. He figured out it was a bad circuit breaker. We were fixed by 10 am. You can’t ask for better service than that!

We had a mini split system installed at our cabin last week, and we LOVE it! Goodbye window units and space heaters!!🙌🏻 Shout out to Trent and the team for taking such good care of us! 😀👏🏻
