After not receiving a return call from my regular guy, I stopped by Greers Ferry Heat and Air on Friday and spoke to Rance. After explaining my situation, Rance went beyond the call and made sure that we didn’t have to endure the extreme heat over the weekend. The technicians were scheduled and arrived on the same day and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Greers Ferry Heat and Air earned my trust and gained a satisfied customer.

Want to give their service tech Caelan Reis for being very knowledgeable with the new and more complex HVAC systems and overall say that this is a very good firm and conscientious group of people to do business with.

They were very knowledgeable could answer all my questions and I know things about HVAC systems my father used to do that so I appreciate them explaining some things that were different. They were friendly and they addressed all my concerns and that is for three different units two different households Got me up and running. Your technicians were all very competent and arrived on time. They kept me informed of what they found and how long repairs would take and they answered my questions. Our air conditioner went out on Labor Day. With no hope of finding a repairman on a holiday, I called Greers Ferry Heat and Air after seeing they were open on their website! I figured the charge to come to our home would be phenomenal, but the lady who answered the phone said it is just another day to them. A repairman (Chris) was at our house within an hour, and the a/c was fixed within 30 minutes. Incredible service!! Thank you.

These people are the best! Zach, and his team, are honest, hard-working, reasonably priced and they know what they’re talking about! Seriously, if I could give them more stars I would! I have never felt our air conditioning blow so cold and hard! What a lifesaver they are!!!

They literally were amazing Anthony was incredibly nice and polite and they got us up and running again!!! They will be our go to from now on! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
